Graphic Designer/Prepress and CSR

Job Overview

Design One Printing is looking for a dependable, creative, fast-paced team player to join our growing print and event branding company in Las Vegas. This is a hybrid role combining graphic design, pre-press production, and customer service into one position.

We’re not looking for a “sit quietly in the corner and design all day” type. We need someone who can wear multiple hats, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving from concept to production without the drama. Around here, the clock moves fast. Vegas doesn’t wait — especially during convention season.

Responsibilities Graphic Design

• Create and edit customer artwork for print production
• Design marketing materials including banners, business cards, flyers, signage, window graphics, tradeshow displays, and promotional products
• Prepare proofs and revisions for customer approval
• Maintain brand consistency across client projects
• Assist customers with layout improvements and file corrections

Pre-Press & Print Production

• Set up print-ready files for large format and digital printing
• Check artwork for bleeds, resolution, sizing, color accuracy, and production compatibility
• Operate RIP software and organize production files
• Prepare files for cutters, laminators, and production equipment
• Troubleshoot file issues before they become production problems
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow and deadlines

Customer Service

• Answer phones, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries
• Help customers place orders and understand print specifications
• Provide quotes and production timelines
• Follow up on approvals, revisions, and job status updates
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design and print production preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Photoshop
• InDesign
• Acrobat PDF workflows
• Understanding of:
• Bleeds
• CMYK color setup
• Resolution requirements
• Large format printing
• Digital print production
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Print shop experience is a BIG plus
• Convention/tradeshow experience is a plus
