Graphic Designer/Production Artist

Job Title: Graphic Designer & Production Artist (Full-Time, In-Office)

About the Role:
Insta Signs Plus is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Production Artist to join our team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for someone with a background in graphic design, a passion for branding, and strong customer service skills. You’ll work closely with clients and our design team to bring ideas to life across signage, apparel, vehicle wraps, and promotional products. This position is entry level and the right applicant will come with some knowledge and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service (phone, email, and in-person)
• Design logos, signage, apparel, vehicle wraps, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with team members on creative concepts and strategy
• Customize existing artwork and create new graphics as needed
• Create to-scale wall elevations using client photos and measurements
• Work with various materials and substrates for production (training available)

What We’re Looking For:

• A skilled designer with some knowledge of the sign industry
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity software
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to take feedback and work collaboratively
• Prior sign shop experience is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge of Flexi Designer software is a bonus

Application Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: On-site only (no remote work)
