Graphic Designer/Publication Specialist

Dawat-e-Islami is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Publication Specialist to join our creative and publication team. This role goes beyond routine graphic design—you will be responsible for ensuring linguistic accuracy, Islamic terminological consistency, and premium visual quality across all print and digital publications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manuscript Accuracy: Ensure consistent references, Arabic text, spellings, and transliterations (e.g., Makruh). Integrate Dawat-e-Islami and Islamic terminology definitions under supervision.
• Layout & Production: Perform final 7-point checklist layout checks and prepare color-fed, bookmarked PDFs for digital distribution.
• Version Control: Manage corrections and file history using SVN.
• Design & Visual Identity: Create graphics for social media, brochures, digital ads, and presentations aligned with current trends.
• Print Readiness: Prepare flawless files for offset printing and manage reprint orders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading skills and consistency focus.
• Process & Strategy: Skilled with SVN and structured layout workflows.
• Creativity: Proactive, trend-aware designer with problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer (print & digital)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and publication work
• Expertise in PDF creation and offset print file preparation
