ArabicRole Overview

We’re looking for a full-time in-house Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand visuals in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment. As part of our dynamic creative team, you’ll work on a variety of design projects and content that directly support products.

The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, able to move quickly from concept to execution while managing a full time schedule. You’ll be responsible for conducting research, staying on top of design trends, and delivering visual solutions that align with SY’s marketing strategy and business goals.

Main Responsibilities

● Design assets for: graphics, UI, UX, print, social media, email, digital, landing pages, and packaging.

● Translate design briefs into visual campaigns that are on-brand, high-converting, and beautifully crafted.

● Collaborate with the inhouse team to develop creative concepts.

● Contribute to evolving the brand’s visual language in partnership with the Design and Marketing team.

● Prepare and deliver production-ready design files (static and animated, if applicable).

● Ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns.

● Support product and content teams with UI visuals, presentations, or branded templates.

Ideal Candidate

● Qualifications

○ 2–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)

○ Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles, marketing materials, and campaigns

○ Bonus: Experience with tech, education, wellness, or lifestyle brands

● Knowledge & Competency

○ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma

○ Bonus: Familiarity with CapCut, After Effects, and Canva

○ Excellent sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling

○ Comfortable working within brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing boundaries

○ Well organized with strong attention to detail and file naming/workflow hygiene

○ Language should know Bilingual (Arabic & English)
