Graphic Designer/Web Designer

We’re looking for a full-time graphic designer with at least 4 years experience with front end web development, print and branding for our Chattanooga agency. We are a fun, diversely talented team with a casual atmosphere, an emphasis on excellence, and a business mindset.

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Mid-level front-end development, such as adding/updating html, CSS, and Wordpress websites (Experience in the Divi theme is a huge plus or comparable WYSIWYG editors).
• Website design and working with developers and project managers to execute design while meeting deadlines.
• Designing marketing emails using platforms such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Zen Reach, and MyEmma. Custom code and or edit html emails.
• Design of ads, brochures, logos, social media graphics, email newsletters, and other branded print/web material for 100+ clients using Adobe Programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
• Sending print material to press— knowledge of bleed, color, and paper types is essential.
• Retrieving print quotes and making orders with local and regional vendors.
• Presenting fully-formed design/brand solutions to team or client.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Concrete Requirements for Position:

• 4 years of experience
• Must have an online portfolio that includes examples of the candidate’s ability to produce high-quality designs for websites, logos, web and print material.
• Must be proficient in design and prototyping software like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Must have experience Front End Web Development, HTML and CSS
• BFA in Graphic Design or comparable level of work experience.
• Must be an expert in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word

The Graphic Design position requires residency in or relocation to Chattanooga, Tenn, the first National Park City.
