Graphic Designing & Web Designing Trainer

Job Overview

Atlas Group of Institutions is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designing / Web Designing Trainer to train and mentor students in industry-standard design tools and web technologies. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical training, developing course materials, and guiding students to build professional design portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Instruction

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Graphic Designing and Web Designing.
• Train students in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Teach industry-standard tools such as:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW
• Figma or Adobe XD

Train students in web design technologies including:

• HTML
• CSS
• Basic JavaScript
• Responsive web design concepts.

Curriculum & Course Delivery

• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
• Update training materials to align with current industry trends.
• Guide students in creating real-world design projects and portfolios.

Student Support

• Provide mentorship and individual guidance to students.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments and practical assessments.
• Encourage creativity and innovation in design projects.

Administrative & Institutional Support

• Maintain attendance and training progress records.
• Assist in workshops, seminars, and design-related events organized by the institute.
• Support marketing activities by contributing design ideas for institute promotions when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Web Design tools.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach beginners and intermediate-level learners.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic or web designing/training.
• Industry experience in digital design or web development will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WordPress or website builders.
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Prior teaching or training experience in an institute or training center.
