Job Title: Graphic Designer Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer Trainer to join our IT Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and hands-on training sessions in graphic design tools and concepts. This role involves preparing students for careers in graphic design by teaching industry-relevant skills and software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions on Graphic Design tools and principles.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Teach design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, branding, and user interface basics.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations using industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Guide and mentor students on portfolio development and practical projects.
• Stay updated with current design trends and software updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• CorelDRAW (optional)
• Figma / Canva (optional)
• Good understanding of design principles, UX/UI basics, and visual storytelling.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
