Responsibilities: Video Editing

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and cohesive video products, ensuring seamless transitions, continuity, and proper sequencing of scenes.
• Understand the project's narrative and creative vision, making editorial decisions to enhance storytelling through pacing, shot selection, and overall structure.
• Adjust and enhance color, contrast, and visual aesthetics through proficient color correction and grading techniques.
• Sync and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, sound effects, and voice-overs, to achieve a balanced and immersive audio experience.
• Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and other elements to enhance the video's visual appeal and effectively convey information.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and implementing revisions to meet project objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in video editing and post-production, applying them to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.

Graphic Design

• Create compelling designs for branding, including logos, marketing materials, and social media content.
• Work on UI/UX designs for websites and mobile applications using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
• Design promotional materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create visually appealing content that engages and attracts audiences.
• Maintain an organized file structure for all design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Teaching Responsibilities

• Teach students video editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
• Train students in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Guide students in storytelling, visual composition, and motion graphics techniques.
• Provide hands-on training and practical exercises to help students build real-world projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to keep training materials relevant and up to date.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut.
• Strong knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other graphic design tools.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and branding concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team.
• Prior teaching experience in video editing or graphic design is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuously learning and growing in the field of video editing and graphic design.

Location & Timings:

• Location: Johar Town, Lahore
• Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
