Graphic Excellence Trainee

This is a great opportunity for creative and detail-oriented individuals who want to start their career in graphic design. As a Graphic Excellence Trainee, you will work with customer-submitted designs and prepare them for production by ensuring high-quality output aligned with design and print standards. You will develop strong technical design skills while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Review and modify customer artwork files to ensure they meet production and print quality standards
Prepare clean, accurate, and print-ready designs using design guidelines
Identify and resolve basic design issues related to layout, alignment, fonts, bleed, color usage, and image quality
Collaborate with team leads to resolve design challenges and escalations
Raise improvement ideas related to tools, process, or workflow efficiency
Participate in learning programs to build your technical and creative capabilities
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
0–1 year of experience (including internships or freelance work)
Beginner-level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Basic understanding of design principles like typography, layout, and color theory
Ability to understand customer requirements and follow design guidelines
Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to adapt to new tools and learn quickly
Experience with freelance projects or design internships
Familiarity with branding or print-based design
Exposure to creative art forms such as sketching, doodling, lettering, or illustration
Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Logical thinking and problem-solving ability with an eye for detail
Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Stock (optional)
Internal design review tools and workflows
Curious, creative, and eager to improve your design skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
Open to feedback and continuous learning
Able to work collaboratively in a structured process

Flexible to work in rotational shifts based on business needs
