Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the development of visual storytelling concepts that translate corporate strategy, initiatives, and milestones into engaging content
Create high-impact motion graphics, short-form videos, and animated assets tailored for social media and digital platforms
Own the narrative flow of content, ensuring each output communicates a clear message, not just a visual
Partner closely with CCD to shape campaigns from idea to execution, with a strong emphasis on audience engagement
Adapt complex industrial, sustainability, and business topics into simplified, visually compelling stories
Drive a “content-first” approach, prioritizing relevance, speed, and consistency across platforms
Ensure all outputs remain aligned with Napco National’s brand identity while pushing creative boundaries in format and delivery
Leverage AI and advanced creative tools to accelerate production and enhance content quality
Maintain high standards of execution across multiple fast-paced deliverables without compromising creativity
Continuously explore emerging formats, trends, and technologies to keep Napco’s content modern and competitive
