Graphic Designer

We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who pairs strong traditional design fundamentals with hands-on knowledge of AI design tools. You'll produce visual content across digital and print while using AI to work faster, explore more concepts, and elevate quality. The ideal candidate treats AI as a creative accelerator — not a replacement for taste and craft — and can tell the difference between a usable AI output and one that needs a designer's hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design assets for digital and print: social media graphics, web banners, email templates, brochures, presentations, and ads.
• Use AI tools (image generation, editing, upscaling, background removal, layout assistance) to speed up ideation and production.
• Develop and refine concepts using AI, then apply professional judgment to finalize on-brand, polished work.
• Write and iterate on effective prompts to get usable, consistent results from AI image and design tools.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity in line with brand guidelines, ensuring AI-generated elements match brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions.
• Prepare final files for print and digital production with correct formats, resolution, and color.
• Stay current with rapidly evolving AI design tools and recommend ones that improve the team's workflow.
• Apply sound judgment around quality, licensing, and originality of AI-assisted output

Required Qualifications:

· Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

· [2–4] years of professional design experience.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Demonstrated, practical experience with AI design tools (see list below).

· Strong portfolio showing range across branding, digital, and print — ideally including AI-assisted work.

· Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• AI motion or video tools (Runway, Sora, Pika, or similar).
• Motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
• UI/UX or web design (Figma).
• Photography or illustration skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
