Graphic & Motion Designer - Based in Islamabad

Job Overview

Were looking for a versatile and creative Graphic & Motion Designer to drive visual storytelling across digital touchpoints. This hybrid role blends static design, motion graphics, social media content, copywriting, and website visuals to support engaging campaigns and brand experiences.

Responsibilities

Graphic & Motion Design

• Design and animate attention-grabbing assets, including:

  • Static and motion banners, infographics, job post visuals, and carousel slides.
  • Social-first content: reels, GIFs, explainer snippets, and promo clips.
• Develop storyboards, mood boards, and style frames to align with project vision.
• Animate logos, typography, icons, and UI components across digital platforms.
• Edit and optimize videos overlaying motion effects, text, and transitions.

Social Media & Content Production

• Craft daily/weekly content strategies and execute creative posts including:
• Multi-panel carousels for LinkedIn or Instagram.
• Short-form videos and reels (3045 seconds) tailored for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Write engaging captions, job descriptions, and micro-copy for social channels and website use.

• Monitor performance metrics to adapt content style and messaging.

Website Design & Copywriting

• Develop visual elements for your website hero banners, iconography, CTAs, and carousel visuals.
• Assist in writing and updating web page copy that is visually integrated and user-focused.
• Ensure all web visuals are responsive, load-optimized, and consistent across desktop/mobile.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Work closely with content teams to align visuals with campaign themes and deadlines.

• Manage feedback loops and iterate creative assets efficiently.

• Organize and maintain design assets in version-controlled repositories.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

• Stay current with design and motion trends kinetic typography, animated carousels, visual branding, UI motion, etc.
• Experiment with new tools and animation techniques, including web-based visuals (HTML5, CSS animations) where applicable.
