Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Visual Communication Designer — someone who can take a

design brief and turn it into scroll-stopping, campaign-elevating, brand-defining visual

storytelling. This isn’t a junior role. We want someone who can own the design process, juggle

multiple brands, work across mediums, and constantly raise the creative bar.

This role demands a sharp design eye, strategic thinking, and executional excellence

across digital, print, branding, and motion projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Bring brand stories and campaign ideas to life visually across all platforms — digital,

print, video, packaging, pitch decks, social, and more

● Interpret briefs and brand guidelines into consistent, on-brand creative assets across

multiple touchpoints

● Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, video editors, and digital

teams to deliver cohesive creative outputs

● Create moodboards, design directions, and style guides for new brand or campaign

identities● Maintain and evolve the visual tone of voice for client brands across different projects

● Manage and organize design assets and project files for internal use and client

handovers

● Explore and incorporate design-focused AI tools, plugins, and automation

workflows to improve speed and quality

● Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality standards

are met

● Lead or guide junior designers when needed and review their work for alignment

● Stay current with design trends, platform innovations, AI tools, and evolving best

practices in visual communication

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

● 3–5 years of experience in a design role within a creative or marketing agency

● A strong, well-organized portfolio showcasing work across different industries and

formats (branding, advertising, digital, print, social, motion)

● Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects,

XD) and basic familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools

● Experience with AI-integrated design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway,

etc.) and a passion for staying ahead of the curve

● Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand

identity systems

● Ability to adapt styles and aesthetics to different client brands — from edgy Gen Z to

formal corporate to cause-driven NGOs

● Strong communication skills — able to explain design decisions and provide rationale

for creative direction● Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version control

● Comfortable working independently and in a team, managing deadlines and shifting

priorities

Bonus Points If You…

● Have experience in motion graphics or UI/UX design

● Can design pitch decks and brand strategy documents

● Have worked on product packaging, 3D mockups, or spatial branding

● Know how to prepare files for print and liaise with printers/vendors
