Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a creative and versatile Designer with strong skills in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing. The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas, concepts, and technical content into visually compelling creatives, animations, and videos for marketing, branding, and training purposes.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling, digital platforms, and delivering high-quality content consistently.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic / Still Design

• Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Create banners, posters, flyers, brochures, certificates, presentations, and branding assets
• Design course thumbnails, infographics, ads, and marketing materials
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to understand project requirements

Motion Graphics

• Create short motion videos for:
• Reels and shorts
• Course promotions
• Ads and announcements
• Animate text, icons, logos, and illustrations
• Add transitions, effects, and engaging storytelling elements

Video Editing

• Edit promotional videos, reels, shorts, and training recordings
• Add subtitles, background music, transitions, and overlays
• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
• Repurpose long-form videos into short, engaging content

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator / CorelDraw
• Hands-on experience with After Effects for motion graphics
• Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts
• Familiarity with social media formats, aspect ratios, and video specifications
• Strong creativity with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Basic color grading and audio cleanup
• Experience in education, training, or digital marketing industries
• Familiarity with AI tools for design or video enhancement
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts
