Graphic Production Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Graphic Product Assistant (PA) to join our team on-site. In this full-time role, your primary responsibility will be the production of custom-printed helmet logos and graphics. You will create & manage the technical graphic workflow from the initial client concept through to production-ready files. Communicating simple to complex graphic design concepts and the printing process with our sales team and their customers.

A Note on the Nature of this Role: > This position is strictly a technical production role with consistent day-to-day tasks. Because the work is repetitive, we strongly discourage individuals looking to grow creatively as professional graphic designers from applying. However, if you are someone who enjoys steady, challenging, predictable production work, thrives on technical accuracy, and prefers executing precise tasks, you will be a great fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Mock-Ups: Create accurate visual representations illustrating exactly how a client's logo or graphic will display on our helmets for initial approval.
• Production Techpacks: B2B (Business to Business) Generate comprehensive, legally binding "techpack" documents for all purchased orders. Then internally use document as a production blueprint.
• Vector Art Preparation: Ensure all artwork within the techpack is scaled, vector-based, and completely production-ready for a pad printing process.
• Specification Management: Accurately document all critical production information within the techpack, including:
• Exact PMS colors
• Specific helmet model and color
• Precise locations of the printing on the helmet
• Exact size dimensions for all embellishments

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 2+ years of industry or similar working experience in a production art environment.
• Software Proficiency: High-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a heavy emphasis on Adobe Illustrator.
• Education: No formal college education is required (a degree is considered a plus).
• Bonus Skills: Prior knowledge or experience with the pad printing process is a strong advantage.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
