Graphic Production Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a technical proficient individual that is willing to operate in a fast paced - fluid manufacturing environment. Team member will be maintaining a high volume of customized digital reproduction files to support production operations.

Core Responsibilities include:

• Use software solutions to complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media:
• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign
• CorelDRAW
• Canva
• Prepare production files to ensure accuracy to output devices, such as:
• Flatbed Printers
• Laser Cutters
• Vinyl Printers & Cutters

· Utilize cloud-based productivity tools to optimize daily workflow collaboration

• Data literacy (ERP systems, Google Analytics)
• Digital Communication (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
• AI-assisted productivity (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, Perplexcity)
• File management and maintenance of accurate production records
• Ensuring quality of printed materials by creating mockups before printing
• Preparation may include but not be limited to creating color profiles, clipping paths, digital file manipulation, and color matching.
• Organization of time sensitive projects
• Interact daily with the team members to create solutions relative to production & the customer’s expectations
• Correspond and communicate with customers to adjust and respond to detailed requests.

• Accurately discern colors to ensure color accuracy throughout production process

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
