Production Designer — Print & Graphics (Contract Role)

Wildhouse is hiring a Production Designer to support our design team by preparing print-ready graphics and signage for large-scale events and brand activations.

This is not a conceptual design role.

The focus of this position is translating 3D renders and existing designs into production-ready artwork used for fabrication, vinyl, and large-format printing.

This is a contract position supporting upcoming event productions through November, with potential for extended opportunities based on project needs.

You will work closely with our experiential design team to ensure graphics are accurate, properly scaled, and ready for production.

Responsibilities

• Convert 3D renders into print-ready artwork for fabrication and large-format printing
• Prepare files for vinyl, UV printing, CNC graphics, and large-format signage
• Layout sponsor boards, step-and-repeats, menus, wayfinding, and event signage
• Adapt designs into production-ready Illustrator files with proper scale, bleed, and trim
• Organize and export final files for the production team and print vendors
• Assist design team with artwork revisions and production graphics

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience preparing large-format print files or signage artwork
• Understanding of bleeds, trim, scale, and print specifications
• Ability to work accurately from 3D renders and design references
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Must work on-site in Anaheim (no remote)

Compensation
$20-$23 per hour (contract) depending on experience.

Hiring Process
An unpaid working interview will be required as part of the hiring process.

Candidates will be asked to create print-ready production files from previously rendered concepts to demonstrate their ability to translate design into fabrication-ready artwork.
