Graphic Production Designer

About the Position

Valor Fitness is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce and marketing operations. This role focuses on creating, updating, and maintaining product graphics and digital assets for our website, online marketplaces, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of producing a high volume of accurate, consistent work while following established brand standards.

This position is heavily focused on graphic production, image management, and maintaining product content across a large catalog of fitness equipment. Most projects involve updating, modifying, and maintaining existing product graphics and digital assets rather than developing original branding campaigns from scratch. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to efficiently manage repetitive production-based design work.

Responsibilities

• Create and update product graphics for the Valor Fitness website, online marketplaces, and digital marketing channels
• Modify existing graphic templates and layouts for new products and product updates
• Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize product images using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Maintain and organize product photography, graphics, and digital assets within company databases
• Ensure all graphics adhere to established brand standards and platform requirements
• Perform quality control checks on images, graphics, and product content for accuracy and consistency
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to support ongoing business needs
• Assist with photography and video-related projects
• Assist with other graphic design and content-related projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and photo editing
• Experience with image editing, graphic production, and digital asset management
• Experience working within established brand guidelines
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow established design standards, templates, and workflows
• Comfortable working on repetitive production-based projects while maintaining quality
• Ability to take direction, implement feedback, and work efficiently
• Basic product photography skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating graphics for e-commerce websites and online marketplaces
• Experience managing large image libraries and product databases
• Familiarity with product photography equipment and lighting
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
