Graphic Production Specialist

Brahma Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and fast-paced Production & Design Coordinator to

support daily operations in our print shop. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on managing

incoming customer requests, creating artwork proofs, preparing files for production, and supporting

production as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing customer

communication with hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Create and send artwork proofs for customer approval

• Make basic graphic design adjustments (logos, layouts, mockups)

• Prepare files for production (DTF, wide-format, and UV printing)

• Manage and update job workflow in Monday.com

• Follow up with customers on approvals and revisions

• Communicate between customers and production team

• Perform production duties including operating the DTF printer and supporting wide-format printing

operations as needed

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask

• High attention to detail

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Print shop or signage experience

• Familiarity with DTF, wide-format, or UV printing

• Experience with Monday.com or similar tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
