Graphic Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support visual content production across multiple platforms while maintaining high branding standards and consistency. This role is perfect for candidates with 1 year of experience or less, including fresh graduates with strong design portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual materials including social media graphics,, full visual identities, and creative advertisements
• Ensure all designs strictly adhere to clients' brand guidelines and visual identity manuals
• Collaborate effectively with the content, strategy, digital marketing, and project management teams to deliver integrated and cohesive creative work
• Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative ideas that enhance the creative output
• Deliver all design projects with exceptional quality, accuracy, and within the agreed timelines
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software tools, motion graphics, and animation techniques, and apply relevant innovations to ongoing projects
• Take initiative in proposing creative directions, visual concepts, and enhancements that align with the company's and clients' strategic goals
• Support the continuous improvement of the creative process by sharing insights and contributing to internal design standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or a related field
• Proven experience working in a marketing or creative agency
• Experience designing for a content management system .
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday , Trello , or Asana
