Graphic & UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms, including website UI, social media creatives, presentations, marketing materials, and brand identity assets. This role requires strong creative thinking, technical design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop website UI layouts and visual elements.
• Create creative posters, banners, and social media creatives.
• Design and edit presentations (PowerPoint) and PDF documents.
• Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, magazines, and advertisements.
• Create and refine logos and brand identity assets.
• Ensure all designs align with company branding guidelines and visual standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, editorial, content, and development teams.
• Revise designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all creative outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong experience in website UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.
• Expertise in PowerPoint design and PDF formatting/editing.
• Good understanding of print production standards.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent creativity with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
• Photography, illustration, or advanced creative skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
