JOB TITLE: Graphic & Video Content Creator

We are seeking a Graphic & Video Content Creator to help shape and elevate our visual identity across both B2B and B2C channels. This role goes beyond creating graphics. You will directly influence how customers perceive our brand across e-commerce platforms, social media, advertising, and product packaging. This is also a highly AI-driven role, where using AI tools to generate, enhance, and scale graphic and video content is a core part of the creative workflow.

Your work won’t sit in a folder. It will be seen by thousands of customers, online and in the real world.

What You’ll Do

• Design visuals for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and marketing promotions
• Create e-commerce content (product images, banners, A+ content, listing graphics)
• Create graphics and video content using both traditional tools and AI-powered platforms to enhance creativity and efficiency
• Support product photography when needed
• Develop print materials including packaging, brochures, and catalogs
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on campaigns and product launches

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3+ years of graphic design or visual marketing experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Experience with product photography
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (such as image generation, video editing, or design assistance) is required
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
• Experience designing for social media and e-commerce platforms
• Creative thinker who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
