Graphic & Visual Content Designer

About Us:

We are an established real estate development company in Dubai, dedicated to creating high quality residential projects. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team to enhance our brand identity and visual presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative marketing materials including brochures, digital ads, property presentations, and social media content.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce property launch campaigns, project branding, and promotional materials.
• Create visual concepts, layouts, and graphics consistent with brand identity.
• Design digital assets for websites, online listings, and other platforms.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with project themes, design guidelines, and brand standards.
• Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos of properties and projects, including property render videos, and create marketing materials using these assets.
• Support event branding, corporate presentations, and internal communications materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in related field).
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or property marketing.
• Strong skills in graphic design and visual content creation tools, including Canva, Photoshop, video editing applications, and AI design tools.
• Strong creative sense with attention to detail, layout, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media design formats.
• Video editing and motion graphics experience is a strong advantage.
