Graphic & Website Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Documents Specialist to design high-quality visual content and create professional business documents. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills along with experience in formatting, styling, and presenting documents that align with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, format, and edit business documents (proposals, reports, pitch decks, brochures, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver design and documentation needs on time.
• Design marketing materials such as social media creatives, infographics, presentations, & banners.
• Ensure all documents follow identity, typography, and style guidelines.
• Work on document templates and improve layouts for internal and external communications.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and document design best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Document Specialist, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office/Google Workspace (Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Excel).
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
• Attention to detail with excellent formatting and proofreading skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with professionalism in document creation.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
