Graphics & 3D Animation Faculty

**Job Description:**

Arena Animation is seeking a highly skilled and passionate **Graphics & 3D Animation Faculty** to train and mentor students in industry-leading 3D software such as **Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Blender, Autodesk Maya, and 3ds Max**. The ideal candidate should have both practical industry experience and a flair for teaching, with the ability to inspire and guide students towards building successful careers in animation and VFX.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Teach and train students in graphics, motion graphics, **3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, animation, and rendering** using Blender, Maya, and 3ds Max.

* Prepare and deliver engaging classroom and lab sessions.

* Assist students in developing their projects and professional portfolios.

* Stay updated with the latest industry tools, plugins, and trends in the industry.

* Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

* Conduct workshops, seminars, and extra sessions for advanced learning.

* Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum and training quality.

**Requirements:**

* Strong proficiency in graphics, motion graphics & 3D software.

* Knowledge of additional software (ZBrush, Substance Painter, Unreal/Unity, etc.) will be a plus.

* Minimum 2-5 years of teaching or industry experience in 3D animation.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Passion for mentoring students and guiding them toward creative careers.

* Ability to manage classes effectively and maintain student engagement.

**Education & Experience**

* Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, VFX, or related field.

* Prior teaching/training experience in an animation institute preferred, but not mandatory if industry experience is strong.
