Graphics Coordinator

About the Role

As a Graphics Coordinator, you'll serve as the bridge between our customers, graphics team, prepress, and manufacturing operations to ensure artwork is accurately prepared for production. You'll manage packaging graphics from concept through approval, helping deliver high-quality printed flexible packaging that meets customer expectations for color, quality, and timing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with technical precision while collaborating across multiple departments and directly supporting customer success.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate customer artwork from concept through final production approval
  • Review new and revised graphics for printability, color accuracy, manufacturing feasibility, and technical requirements
  • Prepare and modify artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Perform preflight checks and ensure files meet production specifications
  • Review proofs for layout, copy, color separation, trapping, and print quality
  • Coordinate ink drawdowns and color approvals
  • Communicate technical requirements to prepress, engravers, and manufacturing teams
  • Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, and customers to resolve artwork and printability issues
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional meetings to review new packaging designs and production readiness
  • Track artwork timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to graphics, color consistency, and production efficiency

What We're Looking For
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Packaging Graphics, Printing Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
Preferred
  • Experience in flexible packaging, labels, or commercial printing
  • Knowledge of Gravure, Flexographic, or Digital printing
  • Understanding of color management and prepress workflows
  • Experience working directly with customers on artwork approvals
  • Familiarity with packaging manufacturing processes
