About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with design tools, and the ability to create impactful visual content across digital and print platforms.

Interview Process

Round 1: Virtual
Round 2: Face-to-Face (Weekdays only)
(Interviews will be scheduled on any weekday.)

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development

• Create engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns including social media posts, email templates, web banners, and infographics.
• Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines.

Brand Consistency

• Ensure all designs follow brand standards and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Update and maintain brand assets including logos, fonts, and color palettes.

Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Creative Input

• Provide creative suggestions during brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.
• Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 -2 year of professional graphic design experience, ideally in the IT/technology sector.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Sketch / Figma is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing various design projects.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
