Graphics Designer

The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills and a unique portfolio of work that demonstrates their ability to stand out. A good eye for marketing, digital, and content marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, print, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Create promotional materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
• Develop branded salon collateral including service menus, signage, and business cards.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Produce engaging social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook etc.
• Work closely with the Brand Manager to create audience-focused content.
• Take direction from Manager and meet project objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
• Edit and retouch images for high visual quality and brand consistency.
• Support last-minute design requests and adapt designs as needed.
• Actively learn video editing and stay updated with design trends and tools.

Qualifications/ Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
* 4+ years of experience in graphic design
* A unique portfolio that sets you apart from the competition
* Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
* Good understanding of Social Media Platforms
* Ability to adapt with and navigate according to the changing dynamics of the industry
