Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Development of Creative Assets

● Create social media creatives, banners, brochures, posters, and productpackaging.

● Design marketing collaterals (flyers, leaflets, and other promotional materials).

● Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

2. Digital & Print Marketing Support

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging designs for:

○ Digital campaigns○ Advertisements○ Emailers

● Adapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms and formats (digital, print, web,etc.).

3. Event & Presentation Materials

● Develop creative assets for events, exhibitions, and presentations.

● Ensure high-quality output with a focus on typography, color balance, and layout.

4. Trend & Innovation

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

● Continuously enhance the quality and impact of designs.

5. Project Management

● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

● Meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and design quality.Required Skills & Competencies

● Mandatory Skills:

○ Adobe Photoshop○ Adobe Illustrator OR CorelDRAW (any one is mandatory)

● Preferred Skills:○ Proficiency in Canva

Strong understanding of:○ Branding○ Typography○ Color theory● Ability to:○ Manage multiple projects○ Deliver creative solutions within deadlines● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.● Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
