Graphic Designer – ICAWNIC Wellness (100% Plant-Based Skincare)
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Research & Trend Analysis
- Conduct daily research on skincare, beauty, and wellness design trends across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and competitor brands.
- Study industry-relevant visual styles, color palettes, typography, and communication patterns that resonate in the organic skincare niche.
- Track emerging market trends — ingredient spotlights, seasonal needs, consumer concerns, and viral visual formats.
2. Content Planning & Ideation
- Conceptualize creative ideas for social media posts, reels, stories, website banners, packaging, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify high-performing content types (educational, ingredient-led, problem–solution, testimonials, lifestyle, before-after) and propose ideas accordingly.
- Build mood boards, style references, and visual direction for upcoming campaigns.
3. Design Creation
- Create daily/weekly social media creatives aligned with ICAWNIC’s brand guidelines and 100% plant-based skincare positioning.
- Develop product-focused designs such as ingredient breakdowns, benefit highlights, and usage instructions.
- Produce static creatives, carousels, GIFs, short-form video graphics, and paid ad assets.
- Design packaging, brochures, posters, and other print-ready marketing materials.
4. Brand Consistency & Visual Standards
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital and print creatives.
- Ensure every design reflects the brand’s core values — clean, safe, organic, and plant-based skincare.
- Continuously evolve the brand’s visual identity to stay modern, premium, and relevant.
5. Content Optimization
- Analyze performance of past creatives and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
- Adapt and optimize creatives for multiple platforms — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, the Website, and marketplace listings.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and product priorities.
- Coordinate with the social media manager for timely creative executions.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to accurately represent ingredients, formulations, and USPs.
7. Execution & Delivery
- Deliver all creative assets on schedule as per the content calendar.
- Maintain an organized repository of design files, raw assets, and editable working files for team access and future use.
