Graphics Designer

Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Static Creatives)

Location: Delhi (On-site)

Salary: Up to INR 25,000/month (maximum)

Requirement: Must bring your own laptop

Role Overview

We are looking for a junior graphic designer who can assist our main designer in day-to-day creative work. Your main focus will be on static design work like posts, banners, and simple layouts. You will follow the guidelines and templates already created by the senior designer and execute them properly without mistakes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the senior designer with day-to-day creative tasks.
• Create static posts, banners, and layouts as per given instructions.
• Follow brand guidelines carefully (fonts, colors, spacing, alignment).
• Deliver work on time without spelling errors or formatting issues.
• Share all work for approval before finalizing.
• Keep files and naming organized properly.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva acceptable, but Illustrator preferred).
• Basic design sense — should understand balance, spacing, alignment, and color matching.
• Ability to work fast and pay attention to details.
• Willingness to learn and improve under guidance.
• Responsible attitude — no excuses, deliver work as assigned.
