Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for online coaching classes (primary responsibility).
• Create social media creatives (posts, stories, banners) for Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.
• Design course posters, launch creatives, and promotional banners.
• Design book covers, PDFs, and educational material creatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the academic and marketing team for content planning.
• Deliver designs within strict timelines suitable for daily class uploads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in YouTube thumbnail design (education niche preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Illustrator / Canva (added advantage).
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
• Ability to design high CTR thumbnails.
• Experience in online education / coaching industry is a plus.
• Basic understanding of social media trends.
