Graphics Designer

Requirements

- Minimum of 1-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and branding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Proven experience in designing for a range of formats including catalogs, brochures, posters, and social media graphics.

- Experience with website-related design and exhibition booth or display designs.

Skills Required

1. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

- Proficiency in InDesign is Necessary.

- Strong understanding of print design, including prepress, color correction, and file preparation for different types of printings.

- Familiarity with web design principles.

- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

- Understanding of branding and how to create cohesive designs across different platforms.

2. Creativity & Problem-Solving:

- Exceptional creativity with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout.

- Ability to conceptualize innovative designs that align with the marketing strategy and brand identity.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

3. Project Management:

- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales departments.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

5. Communication Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback effectively.

- Capacity to present and explain design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.

6. Adaptability:

- Ability to quickly adapt to changing trends and technology in graphic design.

- Experience in designing for different markets or industries is an advantage.

7. Soft Skills:

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Open to constructive feedback and collaborative problem-solving.

8. Portfolio:

- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both print and digital mediums is required for consideration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
