Graphics Designer

We’re hiring a Graphics Designer, someone who understands visual storytelling, not just software tools.

You will:

• Transform ideas into visuals that communicate.
• Build concepts that feel fresh, intentional, and strategic.
• Work on brand identities, marketing campaigns, social visuals, and sales collateral.

You won’t just create designs , you’ll shape visual narratives.

What You’ll Do

You will own the visual identity of campaigns and brands by:

• Designing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, ads, brochures, posters, pitch decks, and branding collateral.
• Converting loose concepts into polished visuals that communicate, persuade, and inspire.
• Taking ideas from the creative team and elevating them, not just executing them.
• Developing visual systems and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborating with writers, photographers, videographers, and strategists on integrated campaigns.
• Preparing final files for print and digital delivery; pixel-perfect, grid-aligned, production-ready.
• Bringing new creative inspiration to the table: trends, references, visual direction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects (Applications without a portfolio/sample work will not be considered).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.

What You’ll Get

Salary: 100,000–160,000 PKR/month (based on skill, quality, and experience).

Location: On-site only; Punch Lahore (DHA ex-Parkview).
