GENERAL ROLE :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphics Designer & Content Creator to develop visually engaging and strategically impactful content that embodies our resort’s wellness-focused brand. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to craft distinctive visual assets and social content designed to captivate, inspire, and engage our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative, visually compelling social media content (graphics, photos, videos, animations) aligned with the brand’s wellness ethos.
• Create high-quality digital and print materials including brochures, promotional banners, newsletters, email templates, and event invitations.
• Manage and maintain the resort's visual brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to conceptualize and execute integrated content campaigns.
• Continuously monitor social trends and analytics to optimize content strategy for maximum engagement and reach.
• Assist in managing content calendar and scheduling posts across social media platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects, from initial brief to final implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within hospitality, wellness, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills.
• Experience in photography, creating reels/videography, video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and luxury brands.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
