Graphic Designer

Location: Alappuzha, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for creating a wide range of visual content across digital and print media. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can bring fresh ideas, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Plan creative concepts by studying relevant materials and design briefs.

Illustrate ideas through layout design, typography, and visual arrangements for approval.

Produce finished artwork using industry-standard software.

Collaborate with internal teams, web designers, marketing professionals, printers, and external vendors.

Contribute to team efforts by completing tasks and projects as required.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design needs and feedback.

Create diverse graphics and layouts for logos, product illustrations, websites, and advertisements using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.

Review and refine final layouts, ensuring design consistency and quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (Diploma holders with strong portfolios may also apply).

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or related roles.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark, or similar design tools.

Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.

Understanding of marketing principles, branding, web design, product packaging, and multimedia design.

Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools is a plus.

Commute: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
