Graphics Designer - Social Media & Web – Full-Time Evening Shift

Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Saturday)

Location: On-site (In-house role)

About the Role

Digital Elites Global is looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of professional design experience, specifically in creating high-quality visuals for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and website UI design. This is a full-time in-house position for someone who can produce clean, modern, and brand-aligned designs while working closely with marketing teams, social media managers, and web developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Meta (FB/IG) & LinkedIn posts, carousels, stories, and thumbnails
• Create website designs, landing page layouts, and UI sections
• Convert concepts and brand guidelines into polished final designs
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager for content planning & creative direction
• Work with digital marketing team on ad creatives for Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Prepare illustrations, icons, infographics, and other brand assets
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms
• Manage multiple brand creatives simultaneously
• Stay updated with design trends, typography rules, and layout best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio in Meta posts, LinkedIn designs, and website UI layouts
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (bonus), and Canva
• Understanding of design fundamentals: spacing, typography, color theory
• Ability to guide and coordinate with social media managers, video editors, and developers
• Fast, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
• Female candidates preferred
