Graphics Designer & Video Editor

Soft Tech Digi Media is looking for a creative, modern, and execution-driven Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our growing digital team. This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital branding — and can use modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to produce high-impact designs and videos.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
• Design posters, thumbnails, reels covers, branding creatives, and promotional assets.
• Produce platform-optimized creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and ads.

Video Editing

• Edit short-form and promotional videos for reels, ads, and campaign storytelling.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design to enhance engagement.
• Deliver fast, clean, and social-media-ready outputs.

Brand & Campaign Visuals

• Maintain brand consistency across projects.
• Support campaign visual ideation and execution.
• Adapt creative styles based on brand tone and industry.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with social media managers, marketers, and content writers.
• Translate briefs into visually strong and practical outputs.

Workflow & Productivity

• Use AI-assisted tools to enhance ideation, mockups, and creative workflow.
• Create quick assets using Canva or similar tools when required.
• Manage multiple deliverables efficiently while maintaining quality.

Trend Awareness

• Stay updated with design trends, reels formats, motion styles, and social media aesthetics.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Working knowledge of Canva and modern design tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative assistance and workflow optimization.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats.
• Creative thinking with strong visual aesthetics.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and consistency in output quality.
• Team collaboration and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Motion graphics or animation basics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
