Job Overview
NAIXOL is seeking an experienced and passionate Graphics Designing Trainer to join our growing training and incubation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-relevant graphics designing training, mentoring students, and preparing them with practical skills required by modern businesses and freelance markets.

The trainer should have strong practical experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effect, Premier Pro, Canva, along with the ability to teach and mentor students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive graphics Design training programs aligned with industry and market requirements.
• Conduct interactive training sessions covering key aspects of Graphics Designing, Color theory, Canvas management etc.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to trainees to support their learning and career development.
• Train students on campaign creation and management for social media platforms and other advertising networks.
• Guide participants in freelancing and real-world Graphics Designing projects.

Required Skills & Expertise

Hands-on experience with the following tools and platforms:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe After Effect
• Adobe Premier Pro
• Logo Design
• Canva
• Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex marketing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in Graphics Design and Video Editing.
• Prior teaching or training experience will be highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
