Graphics Manager

Job Summary

Pacific Truck Colors is looking for a Graphics Manager to lead our fleet branding division. This is a \player-coach\ role where you will own the entire process—from the moment a customer requests a quote to the final inspection of a wrapped vehicle. You’ll be responsible for keeping the shop profitable, the team on schedule, and the quality of our vehicle wraps at the highest industry standard.

Core Responsibilities

• Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end workflow: intake, design, production, installation, and final billing.
• Production & Output: Oversee the printing and cutting of computer-generated full-color graphics and vinyl for commercial fleets.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train graphics installers and designers; troubleshoot technical issues during the installation phase.
• Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections on all projects to ensure color accuracy and flawless application.
• Customer Relations: Meet with clients to define project scopes, provide estimates, and manage expectations on timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in large-format printing or the vehicle wrap industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Software: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) and RIP software (Oxyx)
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of vinyl types, laminates, and installation techniques for different vehicle surfaces.
• Detail Focused: High precision in measuring and color matching to ensure flawless vehicle finishes.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 / hour
