GRE Tutor (Remote Job)

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven GRE Tutor to help students prepare for the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). The ideal candidate has strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students achieve competitive scores for graduate school admissions.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one and small group GRE tutoring sessions (Quantitative, Verbal, and/or Analytical Writing)

Evaluate students’ current skill levels and develop personalized study plans

Teach effective test-taking strategies, pacing, and problem-solving techniques

Assign, review, and analyze practice tests and exercises

Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Deliver sessions online using video conferencing tools

Requirements

Strong command of GRE Quantitative and/or Verbal sections

Prior experience teaching or tutoring GRE or other standardized tests

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively

Reliable internet connection and professional remote teaching setup

Familiarity with the US graduate admissions process

Preferred Qualifications

Documented success improving student GRE scores

Teaching certification or relevant academic background

Experience with online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Meet.)

GRE score of 315+ (preferred but not mandatory)
