Greenskeeper
Webbs Reserve Golf, located in Fort Myers, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay Range:
$14 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscape maintenance using hand-held equipment
- Rake and maintain sand bunkers
- Operate small machinery for edging, trimming, and mowing
- Prepare soil beds for sod, seed, and other vegetative material
- Assist with course detailing tasks, including weed and debris cleanup
- Assist with golf course set-up procedures
- Operate utility vehicles for hauling materials and removing debris
- Perform skilled duties based on experience (e.g., pruning, plugging)
- Operate equipment safely and remain aware of others in the work area
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- One month of related experience or training
- Valid driver’s license required
Other Qualifications:
- Regular and reliable attendance
