The Greeter serves as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries, directing guests to the appropriate areas, and maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor at all times. The Greeter plays a vital role in creating a strong first impression of the organization and contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Description

  • Welcome and greet customers, clients, and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the company’s services, products, or facilities as required.
  • Direct guests to the correct person, office, or department.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Answer basic inquiries and handle customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate staff when necessary.
  • Distribute promotional materials, brochures, or visitor badges when applicable.
  • Assist with crowd management during busy times, special events, or promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain awareness of safety and security procedures, reporting any unusual activity to management.
  • Collaborate with the customer service or front desk team to ensure smooth guest interactions.
  • Uphold company values and standards in all guest interactions.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk roles is an advantage.
  • Must have Family Visa
  • Females are preferred for Greeter Position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
