What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and an inviting presence
- Manage restaurant seating, waitlists, and guest flow to ensure efficient service
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Communicate accurate wait times and assist with guest inquiries
- Support to‑go orders, reservation needs, and guest questions
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and culinary teams to support smooth service
- Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Uphold the lively, guest‑focused atmosphere that defines Vitascope Hall
