- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons tailored to the GRE, GMAT, SAT, and UCAT curricula, ensuring students grasp core concepts and advanced problem-solving strategies.
- Develop and curate comprehensive course materials, including practice questions, quizzes, and mock tests, aligned with the latest exam patterns and difficulty levels.
- Maintain regular records of student performances in internal tests and track their actual exam scores. Regularly share the same in an excel sheet on a weekly basis to the faculty heads and management
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students on their strengths and weaknesses, offering targeted support to improve their performance.
- Analyze student performance data to identify areas needing improvement and adjust teaching methods accordingly for optimal learning outcomes.
- Conduct regular practice sessions and mock exams under timed conditions, simulating the actual test environment and building test-taking confidence.
- Stay updated on the latest changes in the GRE, GMAT, SAT, and UCAT exams, incorporating new content and question types into the curriculum.
- Create a supportive and motivating classroom environment, fostering student engagement and encouraging active participation.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices, develop new teaching strategies, and enhance the overall quality of the program.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to students needing additional assistance, helping them overcome specific challenges and achieve their target scores.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the administration regarding student progress, concerns, and program updates.
