Supporting Actions

Securing CTU/STU grid connectivity

  • Keeping close track of the planed/under construction/upcoming transmission schemes/status/schedules etc.
  • Detail knowledge of different state connectivity process/guidelines/policies etc.
  • Detail knowledge of substation and transmission line construction activities.
  • Top on procedure/requirements/risks to lead entire process independently.

Market Intelligence

  • - Market intelligence of competitors presence /action plan in & around planned project area /substations.
  • - Continual updates about changing regulatory policy /standards/procedures and deciding the action plan most fitted to changing rules and regulations.
  • Build network of formal and informal stakeholders to influence the grid connectivity related environment.

Contract Management

  • - Identifying the most reliable and cost-effective developers /contractors for transmission line and substation work
  • - Co-ordinate with project team for execution /commissioning of RE projects.
  • Contract management liaison and getting necessary approvals from CEA, CERC, RLDCs, state nodal agencies.

Operational Knowledge

  • - Execution excellence for Electrical switchyard, transmission lines up to 132/220/400 KV level.
  • - Knowledge of detail procedure for securing different permit approval like-Sec-68,164 approvals, metering & protection approval etc.
  • - Identification of risk, due diligence of power evacuation feasibility, transmission line/substation project, survey etc.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and team player
