Contract Management

- Identifying the most reliable and cost-effective developers /contractors for transmission line and substation work

- Co-ordinate with project team for execution /commissioning of RE projects.

Contract management liaison and getting necessary approvals from CEA, CERC, RLDCs, state nodal agencies.
Operational Knowledge

- Execution excellence for Electrical switchyard, transmission lines up to 132/220/400 KV level.

- Knowledge of detail procedure for securing different permit approval like-Sec-68,164 approvals, metering & protection approval etc.

- Identification of risk, due diligence of power evacuation feasibility, transmission line/substation project, survey etc.
