Grille Room Bartender

Butler Country Club is looking for a Men’s Grille Bartender to serve food and beverages in our men‑only lounge and help keep the locker room stocked and organized. This position requires learning member preferences, multitasking comfortably, and consistently going above and beyond for our members. Training is provided. $8 per hour, plus automatic 18% service charge and tips.

Job Requirements

• Serving experience required
• Bartending experience required
• Professional, friendly, detail‑oriented, and reliable
• Neat, clean, and well‑kept appearance
• Ability to multitask in a high‑paced environment while maintaining strong service standards
• Willing to go above and beyond for members and guests
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Current RAMP or TIP certification
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

• Learn and retain menu and bar knowledge
• Prepare cocktails according to Club standards
• Take and input orders accurately
• Set up, maintain, and restock the bar area
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Assist Men's Locker Room Attendant as needed
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
• Assist other Club areas, including main dining and banquets, as needed
