GRMS Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS).
• Resolve client issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure smooth operation of lighting, HVAC, and energy control systems.
• Work closely with project and technical teams to resolve technical faults.
• Provide proper PPM services as per the contract and shall coordinate with Service manager/accounts for signed report submission/billing.
• Maintain accurate service logs and reports.
• Experience in Schneider GRMS system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years experience in GRMS service.
• UAE Driving License.
• Knowledge of KNX, Lutron, VDA, Interel or other GRMS systems will be added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage service requests efficiently.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
