Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS).
- Resolve client issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure smooth operation of lighting, HVAC, and energy control systems.
- Work closely with project and technical teams to resolve technical faults.
- Provide proper PPM services as per the contract and shall coordinate with Service manager/accounts for signed report submission/billing.
- Maintain accurate service logs and reports.
- Experience in Schneider GRMS system.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–3 years experience in GRMS service.
- UAE Driving License.
- Knowledge of KNX, Lutron, VDA, Interel or other GRMS systems will be added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service requests efficiently.
