GRN Officer (Goods Receiving Note Officer)

Location: Bin Hashim (Head Office)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in retail / warehouse / FMCG)

Job Description (JD):

  • Prepare and manage Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) in ERP/system.
  • Verify delivered goods against Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices.
  • Inspect quantity and quality of received items.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts departments.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of GRNs.
  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to management.
  • Ensure timely posting of stock entries in the system.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and SOPs.

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of inventory & warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems
  • Good coordination and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
