GRN Officer (Goods Receiving Note Officer)
Location: Bin Hashim (Head Office)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in retail / warehouse / FMCG)
Job Description (JD):
- Prepare and manage Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) in ERP/system.
- Verify delivered goods against Purchase Orders (PO) and invoices.
- Inspect quantity and quality of received items.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of GRNs.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages to management.
- Ensure timely posting of stock entries in the system.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of inventory & warehouse operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems
- Good coordination and communication skills
