- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction by coordinating with service and kitchen teams.
- Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (restaurant/café preferred).
- Presentable, friendly, and guest-focused personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
